Hello! This is my initial purchase, which was supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. However, it’s been over two weeks, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or tracking info—just my cash has disappeared from my bank account. The products are fantastic, no doubt about it. However, I was pretty disappointed because I forked out £7.99 for express delivery, and my parcel showed up after four days.

This item is quite stylish and of great quality. I'm really impressed with how it looks and feels.

Save your time. The glasses arrived damaged and I got no reply from customer support. After they ship, they just don’t care.

I had my doubts about this company being legit in the U.K, especially since I couldn't reach them on the mobile number. But I can assure you, they are 100% real and super helpful. The items are stunning! My order was wrong, unfortunately, but they sorted it out quickly and gave me several options. I’d definitely shop here again. Zara was fantastic. I heard they sometimes struggle with signal when in the warehouse, but if you leave a message, they get back to you really fast. No need to fret, they’re solid!
